This weekend while looking for "help" on helping my shin splints, I found a few posts that were very appropriate to our Biggest Loser competition.This saying is awesome. I never thought of "fat" this way, but will be from here on out!
It has always been my goal to not have to "tuck" my stomach into my jeans! I know I'm not the only one with this goal. Even Kelly sits down at our daily meetings and tucks his stomach! If this post does anything; it will make you laugh and think of yourself!!!
I know having new music and fun music motivates me to get out and run and walk! Load up your Ipods people and jam away!!!
Cindy finally lost!!! She lost .2!
Judy stayed the same! She is down a total of 2.6 for round 2!
Diane started running again, but she said if she wants ice cream, she's gonna eat it. I don't blame you one bit Diane! She lost .6 this week.
Tammy gained this week. But overall she is down 4.6 for round 2. Keep it up Tammy. One bad week isn't the end of the world! You are still down overall!!!!
Kim is down 3.6 this week for a total of 5.4 for round 2. She is very close to losing 25 lbs since January! She WILL HIT HER GOAL BY MONDAY!!!!
Kandace gained a lb this week. She is still down a total of 3 lbs. though. We know her sign is upside down! She was being a goof.
Carolina is up this week and actually up overall, but I watch this woman every week at work and she is super super super active. She also did a 5K this weekend! She said she had a blast!
Big J lost a pound this week. He is down .6 overall for round 2. He did confess though that he already had McDonalds by the time weigh in rolled around this morning and also admitted that a Red Robin burger would sound really good for dinner tonight!!! Ha ha Johnson.
Sarah is down 1.4 pounds this week for a total of 6.2 pounds for round 2. She is averaging more thatn 2 lbs a week. She is very close to her goal! Keep it up Sarah!!
Tim lost 4 pounds for week 3 for a total of 12.6 lbs for round 2. He is super close to losing 50 lb since January. He WILL HIT THIS GOAL BY MONDAY!!!! Stay tuned!
Cody gained this week, but is still down 7.4! Keep it up Cody!
Kelly has a super long neck here. This shirt accents his neck nicely! Kelly lost a pound this week. He is down 9 lbs and is in 3rd place for most % lost. Kelly ran yesterday and signed up with "map my run" and is determined to get in shape! Go Kelly!
I lost 3.4 lbs this week for a total of 7.4 lbs for round 2. I am close to 25 lbs since January. I will be down 25 lbs come Monday! Wish me luck.
Rosa is down a pound. She is down a total of 1.2 since we started round 2. Rosa also did her 3rd 5K since she moved to Florida. GO ROSA! She did the Color me Rad 5K in Jacksonville on Saturday. She said it was a blast. She also said it was challenging and the atmosphere is just what she needed. I am very proud of you ROSA for getting out and doing it!!!
Thank goodness Easter is over... This is one of the last devil peanut butter snickers left in my office......
Moes is another devil item. Kelly said he visits this place weekly, but if you eat smart you can still lose weight... I heard a rumor of another competitor eating here Friday night.. I am not going to tell on that person, they know who they are!!!!!
And don't forget about April! She came in later than everyone! She lost .4 this week. She said over the last few weeks she has focused on too many things. She was making all sorts of changes and it wasn't working. Now she said, she is going to focus on 1 thing at a time. I think that's a great plan April! Keep it up! You are looking good.
